It's the time of the year again where seniors are supposed to orientate the juniors. I often found this ridiculous and absurd as there're absolutely nothing wrong with the juniors and why should we bark or shout at them? They are young adults and have their own mentality and thinking, for sure.
Pinpointing and emphasizing on a small matter will only make things worse.Are they too free to repeat the same, small , insignificant mistakes oh no, I don't even think it's a mistake after all...Stand out and you'll see more. When're we going to break the vicious cycle of finding faults?

u think u can overturn the same cycle that has been there for so many years? What can you do if you're only just one person and do you think the others will follow ur lead? :P The only think when you're a senior is to reduce the mentality damages endured by your juniors. The rest is up to your whole batch of seniors :)
